I found myself in the unfortunate position of having to sell my house in a difficult real estate climate, where supply greatly exceeded demand, and prices dropped daily. Lillian was with me every step of the way. She never gave up hope, and maintained a positive can-do attitude through out the time my house was on the market. I was led back to Lillian LoGrasso, via the listing agent of the home that was painted my favorite color, purple, that I have now purchased. I had seen Lillian’s website in my numerous searches for properties and MLS listings on the North Shore. I liked her website; it was easy to connect to links there, and I didn’t have to absolutely get a phone call or email for viewing it.
Lillian was instantly helpful, especially when there were no guarantees that I would even return for a visit. I had contacted, via email, two other agents in the area. One was ready to sell me one home I viewed only on the Internet, plus an adjoining piece of land before I even flew out there from the Midwest. The other wanted me pre-approved before discussing anything available, and she wasn’t pushing credit card sales. Since I really had never been in a place to buy property, nor lived in the area, I checked with MA friends before contacting Lillian so I wouldn’t have to stumble or try to avoid personal questions I wasn’t yet willing to answer. I think Lillian was pre-approved for me by a guardian angel.
Lillian immediately made me feel comfortable and welcomed. We laughed until our sides ached at each and every turn. She was professional, upfront, and honest. If Lillian wasn’t sure about something, she didn’t make up some dribble, but rather, found out the information, or admitted that it just wasn’t available. Truthful, very truthful, not like a car salesman I had once who told me the SUV I was sitting in was perfect for me, and I couldn’t see out the front window as the dashboard was too high. Lillian never tried to sell me something I didn’t really want. I did have the overwhelming feeling that I was looking in the right place with the right person.
Everything was moving along, including my connecting to a mortgage person who would walk me through the maze of financing, a lovely woman whom of course Lillian recommended. “I wouldn’t have a link on my website to just any Bozo, out there.” Not Lillian, oh no, not, her. Good thing, because I was clueless to all the lingo, language, and details. Then we were struck with a serious family situation. Again Lillian was totally in tune, and just told me she’d be there when needed. She didn’t push; she just remained available. Perfect. I knew I had to keep going, if at all possible. And of course Lillian took up where we had left off. Now Spring was in full bloom and her schedule was getting packed. Still, she went beyond the call of duty and fulfilled every promise made, including negotiating with the listing agent, and representing me in a responsible manner.
If you have even read half of this testimony, you’ll just call Lillian! I believe she must have a great extended family which gives her the experience of dealing with the ever-present unexpected. No matter what happened, Lillian knew just what to say and do to resolve any misunderstanding or mishap. Go with Lillian LoGrasso. You’ll be glad you did. I AM!
